Covid-19 testing is no longer mandatory before arriving in Rwanda. However, regular COVID-19 testing is encouraged.

Covid testing is no longer a requirement for leaving Rwanda by air.

However, Covid testing is available to all travelers whose final destination requires testing at health centers and other designated locations.

Passengers are advised to arrive at Kigali International Airport at least three hours before their flight.

In this case, you must go to the nearest police station in order to declare the loss of the passport. The police will ask you to fill out and sign a form, and then a copy will be given to you. This procedure is very important to remove any liability if these documents are used by anyone for illegal purposes.

A copy of the declaration of loss or theft of the passport must be submitted to the General Directorate of Immigration in Rwanda, which in turn delivers a letter addressed to the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Kigali, which will take the necessary action.
