Travel tips

Make sure of the validity of passports.
Commitment and adherence to regulations and laws in Rwanda, and to abide to the rules of international aviation and not to carry forbidden items.
Do not give your passport or identity card to any person, at any case.
Keep with you your Passport and identity card numbers to refer to them when following up with the mission in case of loss, it would also be better to keep copies of them.
In case of non-Qataris escorts, make sure to obtain visas for them and to inquire about the procedures in this regard.
Make sure to contact the embassy of the state of Qatar in case of any issue happens “God forbid” and to inform officials.
Keep the contact numbers of the embassy of the State of Qatar in Rwanda to return to them when necessary.
