H.E Mr. Misfer bin Faisal Al-Shahwani, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Rwanda, met with Hon. Paula Ingabire Minister of ICT & Innovation of the Republic of Rwanda. During the meeting, they reviewed the relations of cooperation between the two friendly countries and ways to strengthen and develop them.
